Contractor Sally Santos has returned P15 million to the government after she was linked to the anomalous flood control projects, according to the Department of Justice.
Santos returned the money as part of her restitution process related to her admission to the Witness Protection Program, according to GMA Integrated News’ Sandra Aguinaldo’s social media post.
